Paper Bedding (made from paper and cardboard) is the in thing for race horses, cattle, pigs and poultry. It's warm, thermal, soft, clean and dust free. ESG SYSTEMS has over the past 20 years developed a shredding and bailing plant to produce this product, kraft paper, office waste, tissue paper and magazines can also be used in certain cases.

The plant we build is virtually maintenance free and all parts and spares are on the shelf and can be dispatched immediately anywhere in the world. Each plant comes with full assembly instructions, or we will fit it for you, plus you will have full management notes on all animals and poultry compiled by us with people skilled in the art and leading vets.

The plant also incorporates a full air-flow dust extraction system that not only takes out the dust but also conditions the material at the same time. Bales can be from 15kg to 40kg the average is about 25kg, the production rate is one bale per min (at 25kg) depending on Shredder type and number of operators, with clean dry material.
